Who is Christine?
Emilyn Chua, Cybersecurity Manager
3 years ago, I was discerning the suitable career for myself. And I had finally decided to seek help from Christine a renowned career coach as I was not feeling motivated at work. However the path to seek for a suitable post is daunting task as I doubt my capability. I kept questioning if I would be a capable cybersecurity manager. If I am capable, then what is the reason that I am not in the position?
Christine had spent one and half hours explaining to my blind spots to me. Her coaching has helped me become a better person professionally and socially. I am more confident of myself and my strengths. She also shared with me what are the qualities that potential employer would be look for in a managerial post. I would strongly recommend any one who wants to gain clarity in their career to have a chat with Christine.
Lin Shiling, Technical Manager
I suffered frequently from tension headache. At one point, it was so bad that I even ended up in the A&E. Going through coaching, I realized that my headache is only a symptom. I also realized that the root cause for my headache lies somewhere in my past and I have to take my past seriously.
With Christine’s consistent support, I no longer have the headache. I find that I am now not easily triggered. Even when facing a very tough demanding boss, I found I could respond to him calmly.
Before going through therapy, I would have been easily angered, and could have quarreled with him. Interestingly, this shift occurred so naturally, without me being conscious of it. Immediately after my first session, my anger was reduced by 80%.
Zhu Huixing, Care Coordinator
The experience has been great as Christine is very sharp and precise during my coaching. Of course there are painful struggles when Christine pointed out my blind spots or traits that I want to avoid in my profession and life.
Having the courage to look into the traits that I want to avoid and work on my self first before I can support others in their journey of healing. It is really about being open to see the pain in us during the process and find clarity of who we are and want I really want, then I can enjoy what I like to do.
Be courageous to take one step forward to self- discovery and allow yourself to be vulnerable in the process. You will definitely see shift in yourself and find inner joy.
My heartfelt gratitude to Christine and her Team.
